The concept of sustainable development in a global dimension as an incarnation of the idea of a world state

This paper presents a theoretical concept of sustainable economic development in the global sense. The principal contradiction of the analyzed concept is defined. The authors critically estimate the idea of supranational management of the sustainable development, which found a methodological design in the recommendations of international organizations. The article focuses on the criticism of global supranational regulation of the economic mechanisms. A system (level) of the national economy is proposed as a prospective object of sustainable development. The authors consider indicative planning of goods manufacturing and productive use of resources based on the implementation of project approach as a proper algorithm of sustainable development. The research proves that the perspective of the existence of nationstates is associated with their ability to make their own economic decisions. The authors invite to discuss on the problem of development of the concept of the management of the world and national economy systems.
