This article considers the conceptual principles of the modern master programs in economics construction, using the world experience of the organizing and content's formation of these programs. The corresponding modern tendencies of the educational development are generalized, in particular, in the context of the Bologna process, and author's proposals are given concerning modernization of existing programs in economics in Ukraine.
