The Editorial Board of journal supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative, aimed at free and no-charge dissemination of scientific knowledge that promotes the accelerated development of science. All articlespublished in the journal are free to read, downloaded and copy.
The publication adheres to the “Diamond Open Access” model: the publication of articles is carried out on a free basis – without any fees from authors (APC) or payments from users for viewing the content.
The editors contribute to the popularization of research through:
• publication of full texts of articles in open access on the journal’s website;
• content indexing in international scientometric databases;
• actively informing the scientific community by sending the electronic version to institutions of higher education and institutions of an economic profile;
• mandatory mailing of printed copies to leading libraries of Ukraine;
• encouraging authors to keep the final version of their articles in public access and inform about the release of the article in social networks (ResearchGate, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), as well as their colleagues, which ensures maximum visibility and impact of the publication.
This policy allows readers to freely explore, download, copy and distribute materials without prior permission from the publisher or author.At the same time, a mandatory condition for the use of materials is a correct reference to the original source (author, title of the article, title of the journal, year, number, pages, DOI, as well as numbers of figures or tables in case of citing them).
Policy on archiving and long-term storage in public access
The editors ensure long-term digital preservation and free access to all materials published in the journal, adhering to the principles of open access and academic integrity. All journal materials are archived in stable electronic formats that ensure their accessibility, reproducibility and correct citation in the future.The journal website supports the https data transfer protocol. The journal uses digital object identifiers DOI for all scientific articles. Metadata and full texts of articles are also stored in the full-text database “Scientific periodicals of Ukraine” of the V.I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine.
Self-archiving policy
Authors may self-deposit the published version (final PDF) of their articles in an institutional, thematic or general-purpose repository, on a personal webpage (in particular, on social networks such as Research Gate, Academia.edu, etc.) and/or on the website of the institution where the author works, at any time after publication, with full bibliographic information about the original publication and a link to the article’s DOI and license.
