GLOBAL NEO-CONVERGENCE OF TRANSITIVE, TRANSFORMATIVE AND VANGUARD SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
ABSTRACT ▼
The post-industrial and post-economic globalization and the global integration and formation of the world system of globalism have been marked by the influence of a number of basic generalities and objective economic laws. One such law is the global neoconvergence of socioeconomic systems.
Unlike the well-known convergence of politically antagonistic systems (the market and central-control (centralized) ones), neoconvergence is a complex worldwide process of rapprochement, mutual influence and co-development of market systems of the same type, but with different levels of civilization, economic, technological, and socio-cultural development. Based on the latest research and knowledge, the author reveals the mechanisms of the corresponding aspects of neoconvergence and as well as its imperatives.
Keywords:globalization, neoconvergence of socio-economic systems, market system, economic laws

Regularities and trends of the reproductive evolution and structural transformation of global capital
ABSTRACT ▼
From the standpoint of global political economy and economic globalistics, the article considers the processes and problems of reproductive evolution and structural transformation of global finance capital in conditions of the formational world-system of postindustrial globalization. Based on the analysis and assessment of the regularities of the reproductive dynamics of global capital, the author formulates an objective economic law of outstripping growth of global financial capital, compared with the growth of GDP/GNP. Justified the conclusions about the uncontrolled accelerated selfexpansion of the virtual global financial capital, which drives the global economy into noncyclic permanent crises of overproduction and overconsumption of fictitious financial resources. The author provides his recommendations as to the prospecting global financial strategies

A polit-economic forecast of the global co-development in the 21st century: global post-capitalism or the world-system of information-network globalism
ABSTRACT ▼
Based on the results of many years of research into the processes and problems of economic globa-lization, global integration and the convergence of various socio-economic systems, and based on the revealed regularities and laws of global co-development and global transformations, the article makes an attempt of a polit-economic forecast of the metamorphoses of capitalist and socialist economic systems. Presented the author’s theoretical conception of coexistence, co-development and conver-gence of capitalist and socialist post-industrial systems and their interconnected co-evolution within the framework of global competitive co-development in the sphere of a globally integrated world market for near and distant historical perspective. The author predicts a phased formation of a new, global socio-technological technetronic-informational integrated global production method, a global informational and networked economy with a potential for phased transition to a new global civilizational and formational world-system of noospheric globalism and global solidarity.
