ABSTRACT ▼
The article reveals the main tendencies of modern shifts in the economic environment and the scientific reflection of such changes in the article, and proves the unpreparedness of the available scientific paradigm to explain and prevent the causes of financial turmoil because of high dynamic conditions. Also, the author describes the major megatrends of economic development and considers the process of socialization from the point of view of reorientation to a person as a social phenomenon. The basis for humanization processes in economic science is analyzed.
The article investigates theoretical etymology and practical manifestations of the process of the economy socialization (which involves humanity and possibility of self-affirmation through the possession and use of knowledge, with the scientific knowledge and specialized unique skills becoming the main source and a key factor of the development of manufacturing sector, and the key to sustainable development of non-manufacturing sector). The author describes the influence of the economy socialization on the scientific activity in the field of finance, and establishes the connection between the economy socialization and the formation of a man-centered model of economic relations.
Based on the implementation of scientific development in the social sciences regarding the importance of identifying and taking into account the personal characteristics of economic entities and their subjectivity, the author substantiates the necessity of constructing a man-centered model of economic development
The purpose of the article is to identify specific features of transformational processes in the economic environment and to prove the importance of socialization as one of the basic principles of modern scientific and practical activities using complex analysis of the views of both economics and other social sciences.
Research methods: system analysis and synthesis, grouping and typology, historical and logical methods. The article has extended theoretical basis of the investigated issue and proved that the man-centered model of economic relations is the most promising for future scientific research in finance.
Keywords: man-centered model, intellectualization, socialization, homo economicus, homo sociologicus
